So Cal HERS Raters verified the very first LEED for Homes Platinum certified house in the United States, a modern modular pre-fab home designed by Ray Kappe and built by (Steve Glenn) LivingHomes.

Developer Tom Schey built Project 7Ten which became California's first LEED Platinum Certified Home and the first "Conventionally Constructed" house with LEED for Homes Platinum Level certification in the United States.

So Cal HERS Raters also verified Vista Dunes in La Quinta, CA which became the First Platinum Level LEED for Homes Certified Multi-Family development in the United States.
